We reserve the right to remove or modify any content that violates these Terms or harms the reputation of the platform.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Catcher offers both free and paid subscription plans:
Catcher Lite (Free): Limited item submissions and access.
Catcher Plus / Max (Paid): Enhanced features, faster support, and expanded functionality.
All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
We use third-party payment processors; you agree to their terms when making payments.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if we believe:
You have violated these Terms.
Your content or activity harms the platform or its users.
You submit fraudulent or offensive reports.
You may also close your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Catcher is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that:
The platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
All stolen items reported will be found or recovered.
All data is fully accurate, as it is user-generated.
You use the platform at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catcher and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the platform.
Inaccurate or false reports submitted by users.
Any disputes between users or third parties.
