When someone searches for the item's unique ID, the system displays it as stolen — discouraging resale or secondhand purchases.

In participating countries like Nigeria, reports are shared with local law enforcement agencies via our partnership.
This enables authorities to identify item owners quickly, improving the recovery and return process.
Steps to Report a Lost or Stolen Item

Create an Account:
Click here for instructions on setting up your account. -
Register Your Item:
Input the item's unique identifier such as IMEI, Serial Number, VIN, or Document ID. Learn how here. -
Log In and Access "My iTems"
Locate the registered item, click on Report Loss, complete the form, and proceed with payment. -
Confirm Service Availability
Ensure your country is eligible for police reporting. -
Fill Out the Report Form
Enter accurate details about the lost item. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). Submit the form to complete.
